Products purchased on this website are custom made for each customer. ENTROPOWER will not accept returns of products manufactured to specifications provided by the customer.
ENTROPOWER is not responsible for cushions that you do not like because the fabric color or texture does not match the color on your computer monitor. If you are unsure about the fabric color on your screen, we recommend that you request a fabric sample before placing your order. Fabric samples are non-refundable.
ENTROPOWER is not responsible for cushions being manufactured correctly based on information provided by the customer. Customers must provide accurate dimensions.
ENTROPOWER is not responsible for cushions that you do not like due to standard strap placement.
ENTROPOWER will be responsible for reworking or replacing any cushions made with inappropriate fabrics.
If the measurements differ from those provided by the customer by more than one inch, ENTROPOWER will be responsible for reworking or replacing the cushion.
ENTROPOWER will be responsible for reworking or replacing cushions other than the style specified by the customer.
Mat Specialists accepts responsibility if mats arrive damaged. Any such damage must be notified to the shipping company at the time of delivery of the product. Customers receiving the parcel must inspect it for damage before signing.
*After the item is eligible for exchange or after-sales service, please be sure to return it to the address specified by our company. If you return the item without permission, we will not be responsible for any refusal to accept the package, loss, or damage.

(3) It will take 2-3 weeks to process your exchange or refund. Our factory manager will inspect all returned items. After inspection, if the issue is a manufacturing defect, you will receive an exchange or refund within 24 hours.
